BOOK of CHOICES Campaign 1
by Chandra Gerson

BOOK of CHOICES is a psychological drama about the choices we make & the outcome of those choices.

BOOK of CHOICES is a psychological drama about a man named Carl Johnson who escapes reality by reading a book of short stories. The stories come to life in this film and in each one, the main character has made a choice and must live with the outcome of that choice. Little does Carl know the importance of the choice he will have to make as the film progresses. Filled with twists and turns, the film bays the idea of what you are seeing may not be what is real.

We need to raise a total of $35, 000. Realizing this is a lot of money to be raised, we will be having multiple Kickstarter Campaigns with a goal of $5,000. While our initial goal is $5,000 per campaign, we hope to raise more as this will allow us more shooting days. We are hoping that each campaign will be successful and we will be able to begin filming, so we can share our excitement with you through updates, pictures, and videos. Nothing should stop you from your passion. You find a way to make it happen, it's as simple as that.

We are proud to say that one of the stories entitled, DETACH was a 2012 official selection for the VegasCine Fest and BURNING DISTORTION another one of the stories seen in the film, won Best Drama at the 2012 NY International Independent Film & Video Festival – Los Angeles Fall Edition.

Our talented cast includes Trevor Scott ("Criminal Minds," "Enlisted," "General Hospital"), Enrique Almeida ("CSI," "Boston Legal," BRUCE ALMIGHTY), Dan Spector ("Happy Days," "Facts of Life," "Different Strokes"), and award winning actress Dawna Lee Heising (TEACHERS' DAY, SLINK).

WHAT THE MONEY WILL GO TO
The funds will go towards filming our main storyline which will take ten days and will cover the following: our hard working crew, equipment rental, props, food, post production, and everything else that goes into making a film that is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, ears, and soul as we plan on submitting this film to major film festivals both nationally and around the world.

THE REWARDS
We have many rewards for your generous donations including a DVD of the film, digital download of the soundtrack, walk on roles, and many more.
THANK YOU

We understand that not everyone can contribute, but if you could help spread the word of what we are attempting to do we would greatly appreciate it. Take care!

Risks and challenges Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
Our mission is to make a high quality independent feature film that has depth and comes with a message. BOOK of CHOICES is a reminder that life’s gifts are precious and that the choices we make always have an outcome. However with all films, setbacks can arise from technical issues to all other kinds. In making the short stories that are in this film, we have faced some of these obstacles and have not only overcome them, but two of these stories have been official selections in film festivals and one actually won "Best Drama." We finish what we start and no matter what comes our way, we have learned that perseverance is key. .
