A young family deliberately moves into a haunted house that holds a malevolent spirit trapped within a painted black mirror.

Who we are and why we need your help...

We are filmmakers striving to tell original stories that have enough interesting characters and depth to make our audiences leave the theatre thinking and wanting more.

Our company started in 2012 with several festival selected short films, all advancing to our last film, entitled Scope of Practice (click on text for trailer link), which met its goal on Kickstarter and raised funds for exposure. Now we are prepared to make the next leap...

DWELLING will be our first feature length film. In order to make this film happen and have the funds to sustain ourselves in filmmaking, we need for this project to meet its goal. If this project gets funded we will be filming in July 2014, and selling this film to a distribution company. From there we can have a budget to keep making films and not rely on crowd funding anymore. Any contribution of yours will go towards:

Talent Labor, Travel, and Lodging
Location Insurance
Sound Stage Rental
Set Design and Props
Craft/Catering Services
Crew Labor and Equipment
Gas for transportation
Utilities for Locations

This budget does NOT yet include Soundtrack Composition, Sound Mixing, Premiere Venues or Festival Fees

The Teaser Trailer

About our movie...

Everyone has lost someone close, but how far would you be willing to go to speak with them one last time?

DWELLING, is a paranormal horror film about a young woman, Ellie (Erin Marie Hogan), who deliberately buys a haunted house in attempt to make contact with the spirit world. Driven by a horrific experience in her past involving her sister, River (Devanny Pinn), Ellie is willing to put herself and family at risk to seek the truth. In doing so, Ellie releases a soul that is more malevolent and terrifying than she could ever imagine. Something dwells in the house called Amara, and it wants to get out.

Rewards...

For your contribution in making this film a possibility, we have a list of rewards to offer ranging from the lowest of $10 giving you a special thanks in our credits all the way to $10,000 making you an executive producer for our film! Below are links to some of the rewards we offer. The headshots below will be signed personally by Erin Marie Hogan and Devanny Pinn and sent to you for the $75 reward. The $100 photo of Erin and Devanny is right below this text! Plus stay tuned, as more rewards will be added throughout the campaign!

Any contribution you make to our film is highly appreciated and puts us one step closer to meeting our goal!

This campaign is "All or Nothing"...

$12,000, as of right now, is the absolute bare minimum amount needed to make this film. If we do not meet our goal, the film will unfortunately not get made. That's why we need you!

Our plan is to begin filming July 14th, 2014 and hope to wrap by August 8, 2014. After that DWELLING will hit festival circuits and be seeking worldwide distribution.

We are fans of the genre just like you and we have a story to tell. This is a horror film by fans, for fans. Please help support our film. Anything you can contribute to our campaign brings us one step closer to making this film, and will most certainly not go overseen!

Transformers: Age of Extinction Transformers: Age of Extinction
An automobile mechanic and his daughter make a discovery that brings down the Autobots and Decepticons - and a paranoid government official - on them.

Radio Free Albemuth
From sci-fi author Philip K. Dick (Blade Runner, Minority Report, A Scanner Darkly) comes his most prophetic thriller to date. It's 1985 in an alternate reality and Berkeley record store clerk Nick Brady (Jonathan Scarfe, Perception) begins to experience strange visions transmitted from an extra-terrestrial source he calls VALIS. He and his wife (Katheryn Winnick - Vikings) move to Los Angeles where he becomes a successful music executive with a secret mission to overthrow the oppressive government led by US President Fremont (Scott Wilson The Walking Dead). With the help of his best friend, sci-fi writer, Philip K. Dick himself (Shea Whigham Boardwalk Empire, American Hustle) and a beautiful, mysterious woman named Silvia (Alanis Morissette Weeds), Nick finds himself drawn into a conspiracy of cosmic, mind-shattering proportions. Although it might cost them their freedom or even their lives, they join forces to expose the dangerous truth about the corrupt regime.

Afflicted Afflicted
Best friends Derek and Clif set out on a trip of lifetime. Their plan: travel to the ends of the earth, see the world, and live life to the fullest. But the trip soon takes a dark and bloody turn. Just days in, one of the men shows signs of a mysterious affliction which gradually takes over his entire body and being. Now, thousands of miles from home, in a foreign land, they must race to uncover the source before it consumes him completely. Footage meant to be travel memories may now become evidence of one of the most shocking discoveries ever captured on film...and perhaps will be their only postcard home.

Neighbors
Kelly and Mac are settling down in a quiet neighborhood with their newborn child, until the frat brothers move into the house next door. Teddy is the President, and Pete is his right hand man, and they're quick to accept friendship when Kelly and Mac introduce themselves as the neighbors. Night after night, Mac asks Teddy to lower the fraternity's noise, even accepting the invitation to the party one evening. When Teddy goes back on his word to keep the partying down, Mac calls the police to deal with the problem. The police quickly blame Mac for their presence, and the war begins. As the family feuds with the frat brothers, things get hilariously dangerous and the fraternity end ups on thin ice with their college. After receiving their final warning and being placed on probation, Mac and Kelly pull a prank so ingenious that Teddy and Mac are forced to respond. All hell breaks loose, from Robert DeNiro parties to Christopher Mintz-Plasse having sex in the bushes, this comedy shows how things can go really wrong really quickly when a family and a frat house become neighbors.
