Elijah Wood, when he play's a character, he is able to portray so many emotions, even at times when he wasn't speaking a word, simply using his eyes and his facial expressions and his body language! I've never seen such a skilled actor still being so...

Elijah has a unique talent unlike any actor performing now or in the past.
He should have been nominated for his amazingly rich character arc performance in Lord of the Rings. It's crime that he wasn't. He made Frodo vividly alive and heartbreakingly poingant.
