We're Manly, We Swear!
Do you think it's a coincidence that Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal have big ol' macho movies coming out at the same time as BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN, a movie you could describe as being about two gay cowboys? They're cute and they make out, reason enough for women and gay men to show up in droves. And, oh, it's directed by Ang Lee, so you got the film buffs. But this fall, Gyllenhaal goes all Marines in JARHEAD, while Ledger is the biggest stud in the world in CASANOVA. Check out the trailer for CASANOVA here to see Ledger swashbuckling and wooing his way through Venice. Along the way, he falls in love with Sienna Miller. See, not gay!

Best Pitch Ever?
According to TV Guide, Will Ferrell and Jon Heder (NAPOLEON DYNAMITE) are in preliminary talks to star in BLADES OF GLORY, a comedy about two male ice skaters. Disgraced and banned from single competition, together they get back into the sport by competing as a pairs team. Even better, their rivals would be played by real-life marrieds Will Arnett (Gob from the recently canceled "Arrested Development" -- damn you, Fox!!!) and SNL's Amy Poehler.
