Deja vu

I like this movie and I don't care that it follows the exact same formula as the first two movies. Daniel has to leave his girlfriend for some stupid reason, then he meets a new girl and is harassed by John Kreese, Cobra Kai, and karates bad boy Mike Barnes. This leads to the usual little speeches by Mr. Miyagi about how fighting should only be used for self defense. Daniel doesn't listen and fights anyway...

Any movie with Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita is going to be good. They just have an on screen chemistry that is lacking from movies these days. And Martin Kove is great as John Kreese! His evil friend is appropriately slimy as well. The only thing missing from this movie is a cheesy theme song.

Bottom Line: Any movie with Karate Kid in the title can't be all that bad...

yeah, Daniel steals Mr. Miyagi's prized bonsai so he can sell it

the only reason this movie isn't more memorable for you is because it is missing a killer theme song...
