Movie Review by Zara

Bleh

This movie irritated me. Because it started out looking like it was going to be a good campy flick and then kept f*cking it up by getting too serious. It's got some in jokes about the movie business and what is supposed to go along with low budget flicks (all while being one) and yet it succumbs to the basic, boring crap that horror movies released during this time did.

The high points: Maureen McCormick (that's right, Marcia Brady) is rather amusing as the cop who shows up at the high school to investigate the murders. Her rubbing blood on her chest and unbuttoning her top for the chief inspector is kind of funny.

A young George Clooney is in it and if he's ever annoyed you, watch the movie just to see him die. VERY early on in the flick, by the way.

The ending is a little interesting. Don't read the chapter titles on the DVD, however, they actually give it away.

There's a decent number of boobs in the movie as well. Can't hate that.

But other than that, the film is crap. Boring, pretentious (amazing for a film of this caliber) and with horrible '80's music.
