Movie Review by BillyJean

It's As Cold As Cadaver-Crap!

Well, my Z-Grade Lovin' Darlings -

You know, I'd quite confidently say that about 9 out of every 10 Horror Films made are nothing but lousy, rotten garbage. It's true.

The Horror Genre is so infuriatingly plagued with one piece of junk right after the other that I've come to the point where I'm completely fed up with Horror Movies, all together. And, yes, my Darlings, 'Death Warmed Up' is no exception here.

Death Warmed Up's dumber-than-dumb story goes like this -

A dippy-deranged scientist (now living on a remote island) is merrily working away on his experimental brain procedures, using (what else, but?) human test subjects. As expected, many of his patients (who are all victims of abduction) end up dying, or, worse yet, suffering brutal side efects from the procedure, which (almost instantly) transforms them into murderous, blood-lusting zombies.

Arriving on the island is a group of youths that include the son of the scientist's chief rival. Years before the mad doctor had hypnotized the young man and forced him to cold-bloodedly murder his own father and mother, so now the angry youth has come to track down this scientist and, you can bet, he's ready for some pay back.

Terrible acting, pathetic production values, chintzy gore-effects, and such godawful dialogue as this - "I like to smell the blood of menstruating virgins." makes 'Death Warmed Up' a truly sickening, and contemptible movie-experience from start to finish.

Trust me - This one surely belongs on any thinking person's 'Mustn't See' List.

Toodle-Ooo!
