Pink Ladie At Heart!
I am a GREASE nut! My husband gets mad because anytime it is on TV I make him watch it and I sing every song with the movie. I guess it is one of those movies that I watched as a kid and just never got tired of.
Danny Zuko (John Travolta) and Sandy Olsson (Olivia Newton-John) have a huge, steamy, 110% summer fling. The vacation at the beach comes to an end as the weather starts changing and its time to go back to school to Rydell High. Danny is the leader of the T-Birds, a gang who wears leather jackets with pictures of T-Birds painted on them. He is the coolest of them all, he's charismatic, funny and dances like a God.
Sandy has just started attending Rydell High since she recently moved from Australia. Sandy quickly becomes friends with Frenchy (Didi Conn), who is part of the pink ladies, They are the b*tchy, slutty, but likable girls that only date T-Birds. Sandy being a huge square, does not fit in with the Pink Ladies at all. She meets up with Danny to find that at school he acts like a complete jerk and he's not the nice, romantic guy she spent her summer with. It takes the whole school year for Danny & Sandy to work things out.
Grease includes all the old type of entertainment plots to grab your attention including singing, dancing, and the cheesy happy ending. I think females like this film more then males but it is still a classic and everyone should see it one time in their life.
