Streisand's Debut
Barbra Streisand's film debut is the story of legendary vaudevillian Fanny Brice and there is no one better suited for the part.
Yes the film often makes the 1920's seem like the 1960's, but whatever it has those songs!
Omar Shariff is sex personified as Nick Arnstein, Brice's good-for-nothing gambling boyfriend, but he he steals your heart with those unbelievable brown eyes.
One of the best biopics ever not because of accuracy but because it sweeps you off your feet.
