Movie Review by Movie Addict
April 4th, 2007

No more lobster for me!

One of the most interesting facts about this movie is that it was the only movie, or one of the very few, that most of the stars ever acted in. In fact, the director (who played Joe Rogers) did nothing more than edit a film some years later. That doesn't say much for someone who got a film degree from UCLA. Obviously, he got his friends to do the acting.

The movie is cheesy and the special effects (HA HA) are laughable. The monsters - just the aliens version of cattle - are giant lobsters. This was probably the best they could do in the fifties, but it certainly isn't worth being part of your collection. Then why is it in mine?

The ray gun is a Hubley's Atomic Disintegrator toy cap gun, bought for a dime, with a flashbulb added as a beam. You can find your own on EBay.
