Movie Review by Martin
January 6th, 2011

The idea behind this barely noticed flick sounded interesting so I thought I'd give it a whirl.

Film sees Demi Moore head a fake family. One comprised of actors. Whos job it is to move to a high class area, and get all the locals there into the luxury products they have. Film is basicly a movie version of that old saying "keeping up with the Joneses."

This is actually a reasonably good movie. I didn't really expect much from it (even though it sounded interesting) so was glad to be entertained by its unique storyline.

David Duchovny is as wooden as ever and a washed up Demi Moore is showing her age, but there's no doubting these two 40 something actors have chemistry together. As for the folk who play the kids. They have just as much to do as the films middle aged stars and aren't just here for show. Even if Amber Heard has to resort to getting her clothes off yet again in this just to get noticed.
