Action science flick.
"District 9" is an action science fiction movie with a great story and acting. You will feel sorry for the aliens and end-up rooting for them. In brief, this movie is all about aliens stuck on planet earth in South Africa. The government did not know what to do with the aliens, so they ended up in a slum area called District 9. The aliens were treated badly by the government. To try to change the situation, the government contracted a private company, called Multi-National United (MNU), to resettle the aliens and live in a better district. MNU ended-up using the aliens for experimental purposes that would give the company money and power. The movie ended leaving you in suspense. This film is great for science fiction buffs and persons who like fast and furious excitement throughout. It also had great special effects, a definite must see!
