Movie Review by RONNIE

Movie thriller

"The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3" After seeing this movie, you will think twice about taking the subway in New York City. You can add this to your movie thriller collection. From beginning to end, this will keep you at the edge of your seat. A killer, Ryder played by John Travolta, demands ten million dollars delivered to him in one hour. If the money is late, he will kill one hostage at a time until the money is delivered. The subway traffic control center becomes a police command center, and the main man is, Walter Gaber played by Denzel Washington. The story is based around him and how he handled the situation. The story go's into his personal life, this puts an added touch to the story line. I will not go into the story blow by blow, only to say the acting and the overall performance was well done.

No snoozing in this one!!
