I love this movie, at times it is dark for the kids but the 3D glasses were a hoot, I don't know why suddenly Hollywood is on the 3d kick(Again!) but it is fun and done well; it was great to see the effects jump out at you from the screen. The voice over cast was great from Dakota Fanning, to Keith David, to French and Saunders(I LOVE DAWN FRENCH!!), to Ian MacShan to even ahem, Teri Hatcher, they did a marvelous job here. I wish the movie was longer and I am glad I saw it, yes the trailer reeled me in and I loved it. Animators never get enough credit but they should, it takes such planning and patience to pull off a movie like this one with puppetry and animation. There's Coraline.
