CRYING OVER SPILLED MILK
Bigotry. Hatred. Intolerance.
The truth is, if I were to take the movies of today that are decidedly 'gay' in theme at face value, then I would, most definitely, be under the clear impression that homosexuals were the only people on the face of this whole planet who didn't possess such 'very human' traits like prejudice, discrimination, and hatred. It's true.
But, hey, let's face a bit of reality here. Yeah. Let's step away from the movies.
The plain truth is - Homosexuals are just as capable, if not more (from what I've seen), of hating and showing bigotry as any heterosexual possibly could.
In fact, what I've witnessed about homosexuals (the men, in particular) is how much hatred and contempt and prejudice that they clearly have for each other. Their hatred of heterosexuals is one thing. But that pales significantly in comparison to the ugly animosity that they hold for one another. This nasty, deep-rooted hatred goes well beyond anything that I believe any heterosexual could ever-ever dish out to them, save for bashing and murder.
So, it appears to me that homosexuals are not exactly the innocent, little, oppressed victims that so many movies, like MILK, are portraying them to out be. They're not.
As you can see there is definitely two sides to this bigotted-coin here - And, sorry, but blame for homosexual oppression cannot be placed entirely on the shoulders of heterosexuals.
The reason why I feel so confident about saying what I have said here is because I have a homosexual uncle. My Uncle JEETS has told me and shown me plenty (and I mean 'PLENTY!') about the underside of homosexual lifestyle. This is the side of them that they don't want the rest of us to see, or know about because, of course, it wouldn't encourage sympathy or understanding from the general public. No. It most certainly wouldn't.
And, regarding that little, martyr HARVEY MILK, with his lily-white reputation, and all - Well - My Uncle JEETS had personally met MILK on several occasions while he was living in San Francisco in the 1970's - And, yes, MILK may have had a 'partner', but he certainly wasn't Little Miss Monogamous - Far from it - MILK was a very-very active participant at a number of raunch-house, orgy parties which my uncle was also attending. So, there you have it.
And for anyone who's interested - Here's a clear indication of the level of hatred and loathing that prevails amongst homosexual men. It has to do with HIV infection, and the likes.
HIV infection amongst homosexual men is clearly on the rise these days. In fact, it's epidemic. The way I see it, if homosexuals actually cared and respected each other, as we are being lead to believe they do, then this sort of thing wouldn't be happening, at all. HIV infection would almost be nil by now, not the other way around.
But with the way that HIV and STD's are being passed around so recklessly by homosexual men shows a real, definite form of hatred, in that they deliberately want to hurt, infect, and, yes, kill each other by knowingly spreading around deadly viruses to each other.
Alright - Laugh if you like - But I, for one, certainly don't appreciate having the movie industry paint a truly false, one-sided picture of homosexuals in order to help them gain acceptance. There's another side to all of this. And it's being kept hidden away in the frickin' closet.
And that to me is no laughing matter.
