It can happen
Favorite Movie Quote: "We're going to die here aren't we?"
Okay to begin with I will not trash the movie theater where I saw this, but I am surprised that there were a lot of people in there considering that it was the 1st showing of the movie, 10:10a.m. No I apologize I will trash magic johnson theaters, again; the people who work there need to be strong and firm and tell the people to respect everyone in the theater and not to talk at the screen, that's all there is to it; I said it and there it is.
As for the movie, the movie is frightening because this is about a virus and it can happen and it probably already has happen and it definitely will happen again. I did not like the hand held camera style of the 'Live and real feel' as this movie was done, in the style of the blair witch project and cloverdale. The movie is gory, dark, frightening and scary. It is nice to see the very talented jay hernandez as a fireman, however I was not impressed with yet another young untalented actress from LA, her name is Jennifer Carpenter, she was awful as the movie dragged on in the beginning of the set up, but as the movie kept going her acting became believable so I do give her that.
I would recommend this movie, see it at a theater where adults frequent and stay away from a matinee as I did, so you can enjoy more of the movie. When the movie ended everyone groaned but come on, hello, have you been paying attention for the full 90 minutes of the film?
Quarantine, go see it, hopefully you will see it on a good sound system with audience members who won't chat and/or check their cell phones, so tacky and no class!
