Savage Grace (2008)

Favorite Movie Quote: "I now realize that for many years I have been living a totally false life."
The rich really are different. Four-time Oscar nominee Julianne Moore (The Hours, Boogie Nights) is socially conscious wife of an heir to the Bakelite fortune, Stephen Dillane ("John Adams"), who presents as an unfeeling husband. She is too close to her son Tony, and he steals away his girlfriend, Blanca (Elena Anaya - Talk to Me, Sex & Lucia, and the heretofore elusive Alatriste).
Soon it is just Tony and his mother. Things get really kinky at this time, as Tony is now the man of the house in every way. He gets regular sex from mom, but that doesn't satisfy him as he obsesses over a missing dog collar. Then he gets delusional, and in that process, stabs his mother.
It is interesting that he called the police, and then called a Chinese delivery. He was sitting next to his mother eating noodles when the police arrived.
It was not a happy movie, and his life certainly didn't have a happy ending.
