Movie Review by Zara
September 5th, 2008

Where the original movie had a handful of schlocky moments which added up to something that was slightly interesting, this movie holds no resemblance in any good way to what was a barely passable horror flick from 1980.

They tell you who the killer is from the start. They let you know that he's going to and has killed many people. You continually see it set up before it happens. It's implausible how he's able to murder people so quickly with just a hunting knife and not leave trails of blood in his path.

There is no back story on this film. You get no explanation as to why the killer is obsessed with the lead young female in question. The acting is like something out of a Disney TV movie (not a good thing) and everything is just so unbelievable in a pathetic way that it's not even a good movie to get a laugh out of. What a complete waste of time.
