Something Missing

I like brendan fraser, I love helen mirren, I like ian softley(a cool name too), and of course the delightful jim broadbent but I am not sure what happened here. Like another reviewer wrote here at match flick, at times it was hard to follow, I agree but I'm not sure what happened. I tried to follow the movie closely but there were at times moments when things were askew and it did not flow together. I love fantasies and I got it here but it just did not flow well for me, it was like literally watching a movie come to life via a book, and then there was a puzzle and you had to put the pieces in the correct spaces, but in the interim of doing that it just did not go very well nor did it flow well. It was like driving down the road where everything for the most part was smooth and then there were some bumpy spots ahead and that is what you got here. I gave it 2 1/2 stars because of the story, the effects and the actors, and yes if you want to see it you should see it on the big screen. Inkheart.
