Favorite Movie Quote: "I do anything and everything that Mr. Stark requires, including occasionally taking out the trash."

Iron Man was everything it was supposed to be... and then some. I'm not even a fan of either Robert Downey, Jr. or Gwyneth Paltrow--or of superheroes in general, or of comics in particular--but this movie was pretty awesome all around. Funny, smart, action-packed, a [surprisingly satisfying] plot, high-tech special effects, subtle romance, political undertones, and a touch of feminism. It had it all.

Bottom line: It made me wanna go buy a Burger King kid's meal just for the prize.

Darn that subliminality! he he. Actually, I wouldn't've known about the kid's meal prize except I overheard somebody else mention it. I just thought the connection was random. And for the record, it hasn't technically worked yet anyway. I hate BK fries even more than I loved Iron Man. :o)

I shouldn't even admit this but when I lived in Seattle I had some friends who lived close to a BK and a McDonald's that were right next to each other and I'd go get my burger at BK and my fries at Mickey D's. Ugh. I don't eat that way any more. :)
