Movie Review by Becca
April 13th, 2008

Favorite Movie Quote: "It looks like piss... it smells like piss.... its nothing but piss and ink!"

i had been dying to see this movie since i fist heard that it was coming out. tim burton and johnny depp are perfectly suited to work together, and they are so in sync with each other because they have been working together almost 20 years. johnny depp is an amazing singer also, which was a big surprise. this movie was better than i ever thought. the music completely fitted the dark theme of the movie, and the entire cast performed admirably. you could really tell and feel the struggles the characters experienced. i love all of tim burton's movies, (he is such a genius and this movie was no exception. there were some predictable moments, but there were also many plot twists. an excellent, if violent (lol :)), movie.
