A Great Film

Let me start off by saying this, the concept and the whole setup of this movie is absoulutely fantastic. Honestly, now that I have seen this and the other films from the ADHF, this film really stands out to me. Its more then just a horror movie, it has violence, creeps and a few scares, but has no nudity or extremely graphic language, which it didnt need. With great directing, cool characters, an outstanding plot and some really cool moments, the film is fantastic. But, the film also gets repetitive quickly and at times can get really confusing and strange.

Mike Vogel can be seen in movies like Supercross and the recent Cloverfield, so seeing him in a lower budget movie like this is surprising. Well, he plays as Ian Stone, a man who dies everyday, and when he dies, wakes up in a new life. Every time he wakes up though, he sees the same girl in every life named Jenny played by Christina Cole. But after his second death, he finds out whats really going on, and he must find his past and protect the girl of his dreams.

This film surprises me by being placed into the ADHF, because it seems like a stand alone theatrical release kind of movie. The characters of the film are surprisingly very convincing and portrayed very realistically. Because the script mixes real life details with suspense, gore and some scares, it never really lacked in creating something new and different.

The film has a lot of moments of special effects. Most of the Harvesters are done with CGI and they look realy really good. But, on the negative sides of the movie. I thought that after a while, I was just watching the same movie over and over again. Sometimes, the movie got awfully boring, but because of all of the elements of the movie, I got back into it.

Bottom line: New and Creative
