Movie Review by B Movie Ben
July 9th, 2008

Run! Run! Run! Run! Run! Run!

Favorite Movie Quote: "I can't believe we're paying to see something we get on TV for free! If you ask me, everybody in this theater is a giant sucker! Especially you!"

I am probably the only person in the world that has never watched The Simpsons. I thought that I might get a glimpse of what everyone was excited about by watching this movie. If this is what it's all about, then I haven't missed a thing.

Some say that the earlier years were great satire. Well, maybe that is true, and there were a few satiric anti-corporate and anti-government bits in this film, but way too few to sit through the really stupid bits that are only funny to a Middle Schooler.

My only exposure to the Simpsons before this bore, was looking at the x-rated cartoons on the Internet. I'll take them anytime.
