Movie Review by Tim
September 13th, 2007

Didn't work for me

This normally is not something that I would be into BUT it was sent to me in the mail by the marketing company so I watched it. I was not interested in it at all thinking that it was bullsh*t movie but then I happen to walk past it in Blockbuster and thought well if they are distributing it then it must be decent.

The plot summary says it all the film follows an investigation on wether or not a young teenage girl purposely killed her newborn baby. None of the cast seemed remotely familiar to me so I cant really comment on each individual person by their performance. I can say that nothing was better then average.

Here is what I must stress to you. This film remind me so much of one of those lifetime movies which seems really cheesy and just really dumb. I mean from the stale photography shots to the bad acting it was remarkable how much it reminded me of those crappy movies that are made JUST for women.

I hate to be this ruff on this film because I think it was made with good intentions to try and shed light on a sensitive topic but I feel as if they failed badly making a serious topic interesting. When you make a dialogue movie you got to have two things to make it successful.......Good actors and a great script which this film had neither.

My recommendation is to stay away from it at all cost. Watch The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air reruns if you are bored.
