A fun Poison Ivy
This was Julia Stiles first starring role, as a 14 year old girl who is supposed to be really naughty. I never saw her character that way and while the movie has the feel of another POISON IVY, it actually manages to do a really great (and subtle) job of making fun of that genre of movies at the same time.
If you decide to watch this, pay attention to the significance of the "Comedy" and "Tragedy" masks that are used. If you know about Greek literature, you should be able to pick up on the joke.
This is guilty pleasure kind of fun. Which, as we all know, is the very best kind.
