And get us into Red Hat

Breach is as close as you can get to a documentary without actually being one. Based on the life of Robert Hanssen which was a spy in the United States which sold America's secrets to the Soviet Union.

The film was great for what it was. It seems as the directors and writers stuck to facts without adding to much of a "hollywood" aspect to it. Basically that's a nice way of saying that there is not much action but there is plenty of suspense.

I think that Chris Cooper made the film as good as it is. Its hard for me to take him as any other character then Col. Frank Fitts, USMC from American Beauty but he truly is a gifted actor that needs more roles and a ton more respect from the film community. Believe it or not Ryan Phillippe was really good in this film as well, not as strong as Cooper but Cooper's performance would be hard to beat.

Once again the action is almost none. However between knowing that the story is based on a true person and true events there is plenty to keep you entertained. I'm a history buff so this movie appealed to me more then most but I think anyone could enjoy it. I will say that its a one time arounder.....After watching it one time I really don't see a reason to ever want to watch it again.

Check it out......Its worth a rental but I would not buy it.
