Pointless
Catch and Release tries to be a triple threat. Comedy, Drama and Romance. The movie's not funny first off. There's maybe a very comical moments, but overall, not funny. As far as romance goes, you never get why Garner and Olyphant do fall for each other. It's like the were just supposed to. No chemistry. Catch and Release works slightly as a drama. It's the one genre that the movie is consistent with, but you don't really care because the characters just don't endear themselves to the audience. It's one of those movies that's just kind of there.
