Freedom Writers

Everyone who doesn't think this movie is one of the most inspirational movies of all time is appalling to me. This is not only a true story, but it relates to issues that are happening in this country right now. Gang violence, home abuse, racism. The fact that some of you weren't touched by this movie is only because you live in a hole and have never experienced any of these issues first hand. This movie is one of the most moving pieces i've ever seen. This deserves more that 5 stars, it's better than stars, better than oscars and academy awards, this doesn't even teach a lesson. It's reality. It has nothing to do with the "teacher trying to make inner-city students work harder", it's reality, the wars these kids are in are real, more real that most people will ever know. This movie has everything I would ever want to watch, it's not entertaining, it's motivating. And if you people can't comprehend that, I feel sorry for you.

this movie was a surprise for me, I was expecting it to be another Dangerous Minds......but it was a TON better.
