This is the spin-off from the first VAN WILDER movie, in which the break out character of Taj, played by the charismatic Kal Penn, is sent to England to become the Van for the Brits.
Problem is, as much as this movie bills itself as being foul or disgusting with its jokes, it's not. The lead character falls for one girl instantly, never engaging in any hi jinx as a single dude, the nerds all become smarter and more well refined with little prompting (and with little display of how or why they became known as such nerds, with such stupidly "embarrassing" problems as having a big dick or being a chick with big t*ts whose only turn off is that she speaks c*ckney).
There is little to no real humour in the frat mentality, as the British are really just too uppity (or they are according to this movie) to willingly engage in the stuff that's actually funny, instead relying on trying to sabotage Taj's dog by giving it Viagra before a dog show.
All the attempts of the bad guys fail, another problem with the film since in order for this to be a movie where they "get back" at the bad guys, they have to have been actually oppressed and lost to them in the first place.
Poorly constructed off a plot that was threadbare to begin with. I can see now why Penn decided to quit acting and join the political career for the time being, if this was the selling out he had to do in order to earn a paycheck.
