Ugh

Matt Dillon, that lucky f*cker in his 40's gets to marry Kate Hudson, that chick somewhere in her 20's and everyone aside from Michael Douglas who plays her father is happy about it.

There was something about their union from the very beginning that I just didn't buy. While they attempt to show the two leads being affectionate with one another, it felt as if it was for the sake of continuity and not because that's the way they really felt about one another.

Enter Owen Wilson in another one of his extended childhood roles. It might have been funny once or twice, but at this point I'm begging for him to give roles like the one he had in THE MINUS MAN another shot.

I will give credit to Michael Douglas for at least trying to be funny. The rest of the people? Hell, Dillon did better in HERBIE: FULLY LOADED.
