Movie Review by David
September 15th, 2006

Finally a western film that will not only satisfy your craving for good ole fashioned western violence but it will leave you wanting more and thats exactly what this one does.

Within the 1st 10 mins of the movie, the audience gets thrown into a one of the most intense shoot-out scenes ever shown on the big screen. The violence in the movie is such that when it happens it comes out of no where, it lunges out at the viewer in gut renching spurts...One scene in particular where the youngest brother gets introduced to the cat of nine tails (you'll see what im talkin bout when you watch the movie), its very vivid, and kind of hard to watch. The actors, i thought were great, Guy Pearce as the middle brother (Charlie i believe), not sure who the youngest brother was but i thought he did a phenomenal job. And of course Danny Houston playing the eldest brother whom the whole story basically centers around. The story does have its snoozers (boring moments), but they dont last long enough to disengage you from the movie.

Overall, it is definitely one you shouldnt miss. The idiot who wrote the review before me obviously has no clue as to what makes a good movie...and judgin from his favorites ie; solaris...yeah you get my point.
