Movie Review by Seth C
August 3rd, 2006

The most anticipated film of the 2005 (expect by maybe only myself who held out year, nervously, for the return of the Cape Crusader) delivered in ways I never imagined it would of. It seems after four decades of trying George Lucas finally learned had to get emotion out of his audience through film. Sure, we all knew going in how this film was going to pan out, yet I don't think any of us quite knew that the fall of the Jedis would be as dramatic as well.

Hayden Christensen hopefully will finally get the respect he deserves from loyal "Star Wars" fans and thankfully, Natalie Portman, who does seem to be giving every bit of herself here, can finally leave Lucas' galaxy and go on to fine-tuning he recently impressive resume.

For me at least, and bear in mind it's been a long time since I re-visited "Empire," this is hands down the best "Star Wars" film I've seen to date.

ugh. this film was just as horrid as episode I and II. Empire excells in every way as a sequel. This film proves that Lucas cannot write dialogue or direct great actors (portman and mccgreggor).

sorry man. The film was sh*te.

Well, maybe it is sh*te, but I have to admit when the Jedi's go down, my heart sunk, which was a first for any Lucas film.

That is any Lucas film not entitled "Howard the Duck."

What's wrong with Howard the Duck? I enjoyed that film?

That last sentence was supposed to have an exclamation point, not a question mark

Excellent piece of work by Lucas. Truely exceptional and awesome. Fun and entertaining, a visual masterpiece, and a classic in the making.
