"Mr. & Mrs. Smith" is, by far, the most fun I had at the cinemas in 2005!
The comedy is subtle and direct, while the performances are never over shot. However, it's the action in this film, which at times is slightly too exaggerated, that really steals the show. From the lover's dispute to the jar-dropping freeway chase, director Doug Liman's eye for action is so dead on and in the scene that at moments it's shocking that performers didn't walk away from the shoot without broken bones.
Honestly, this is just an outstanding fun film with more jokes than there was to be expected and sadly, an ending that comes way too quickly.
