I love this movie. OOOOOH do I ever. From the acting to the directing to the writing to the everything.
It's film-noir, no it's a thriller, no it's a goresploitation flick! NO. It's comic book movie. And it is wondrous. Mickey Rourke is amazing, Bruce Willis is subtle and shows us once again that he is more than John McClane, Clive Owen is sinister and heroic, and Robert Rodrigue did some of his best work.
But if you can't take guts, STAY AWAY.
