Movie Review by Lisa
March 22nd, 2007

It became glaringly obvious that Kill Bill was Tarantino's love affair and it would have been tragic for him to cram it into one movie. Therefore we have Volume 2, which picked up where we left off in Kill Bill V1.

I fear I ruined this film for myself. I enjoyed the first volume so much and was so eager to see the second installment that I feel I built it up too much which ultimately ended in disappointment. I guess it wasn't quite as action packed as V1 and the scene with Uma in a coffin lasted a lil too long (at this point went out for popcorn....came back and she's still in the f*ckin' box). However I could not fault Uma's acting and I still love Tarantino's way with film.

I am of the opinion that if you have seen volume one it is only right to watch the second volume ......and this movie turned out to be a grower, the more I watched it the more I liked it......and I just love to watch V1&2 back to back to see it the way Tarantino intended.

I completely agree with you on the coffin part it did last a bit to long but it all ended in a good way!
