Movie Review by Zara
March 12th, 2007

OK, you got me

When I watched this movie, it was on DVD in the middle of my darkened living room. I was absolutely certain that I'd figured the movie out, that I knew who was doing what and who the main killer was. I was actually a little smug and thought the movie was too standard of a tale to have gotten all the hype that it did.

And then the ending came.

Yes, I did a complete about face and suddenly realized that the filmmakers had done a number on me. I loved watching this again with my sister and seeing her face have the same reaction that mine did all the way through the movie. That smug look of being so sure that she understood what was happening. The occasional glance over at me as if to give me that "why'd you make me watch this?" look.

Then the ending got her too.

It's one of those movies that I really don't want to give too much away about. You've just got to watch it. Tell me that the ending didn't get you too.
