A Great Sequel
Being the second film in a 4 part series, its definately the greatest so far. Switching directors from Doug Liman to new guy Paul Greengrass which has done seriously an amazing job. Theres been a big visual improvement from the first movie, because the first film was more calm and everything. Now the second film is more grittier and raw, with a more shaky camera style and more raw and violent action. Essentially I believe that the new camera style and everything has done a huge improvement over the franchise in many terms. Also the acting is better along with the script, and the film features the most intense car chase scene I have seen in a long time.
Matt Damon honestly put on an amazing performance in the first movie and he does better in this one. The only other film Ive seen him put on a captivating performance in was Oceans Eleven and the rest of that series so I was actually happy to see that he improved his acting a lot. I really believed in his character and actually began to feel bad for him. Julia Stiles now has an even bigger part in this film, doing a very good job. For what she encounters in this film, she handles it well and believably.
The action in the film is better in this sequel. The thing about the first film was that it focused more on plot and character then action. Now that we know Bourne and are getting used to the plot, theres room for action. The end of the film sports a seriously intense car chase which really got my attention deeply. Before that we get some very short fights and a few foot chases then thats really it. The film did have a great ending in which surprised me.
Bottom Line: A Great Sequel

| I just wish Greengrass had done the first movie. |
