Depp was laying down most of the time sleeping in the house. In the first part of the movie I didn't think he was ever going to leave the house..I was beginning to think he was the only character in it. Except when the movie first started and you see his wife in bed with another man. This movie reeked. I do not recommend it to anyone who thinks it is a thriller. It's a sorry excuse for one. The part that turns the movie around..the twist was when the movie started picking up the pace..but it came too late in the movie to actually save me from saying yeah it's OK. What I think you should do..is if you have a friend that has seen it..just ask them about what happens before the twist and then start from that part and YOU watch it for yourself. I guarantee you will not be missing a thing if you skip most of the movie. I read a review that someone wrote on Yahoo Movies about this..saying don't get up during it or you will miss something. *pauses* Did we see the same movie?? I think not.

Sorry for the long review but I had to get my point across. It's not worth watching unless you are an OBSESSED fan of Johnny Depp. Or a person that doesn't care for good thrillers. I saw that it was one of Stephen King's....I have read two of his books and am collecting them. BUT, this was my last time watching one of his books come to life on film. No hope. I won't give ANY book of his another 2 hours of my time because I will be disappointed. I know it for a fact.

2 out of 5.
