Movie Review by Megan
February 4th, 2007

I have never laughed so hard.

This was one of those movies that I went to see because the title cracked me up and the poster made me curious enough to pay. And it was well worth it.

Harold and Kumar are two buddies who in the moment of pot induced munchies decide that they want to go to White Castle. But along the way everything that can go wrong does. Which is where the jokes start. Yes it a stoner movies but one that makes you laugh so hard that you begin to wonder if you have smoked something yourself. These guys bust up every cultural and racial sterotype while showing us that slackers can be good guys too.

Neil Patrick Harris of Doogie fame plays a great cameo. Kal Penn shows that he is a great comedy writer. It is worth renting and getting a bunch of people together to watch. An excellent movie to have a party around.

I love this flick. Not just for its fun stoner boy moments, but for the fact that we got to see some different races and not just doing what they would stereotypically do in other movies. A great film, if only for that.
