Movie Review by Chris
August 20th, 2007

A Tense and Emotional Two Hours of Suspense!

I have always loved the time travel films. I figure I would see The Butterfly Effect because I heard that it was an emotional thrill ride. I saw it a few years after the realease, but I regret not seeing it in the movies.

I dont really like Ashton Kutcher, but OMG he puts on a great performance in the role as Eric. I didnt really like him mainly because hes horrible in PUNK'D, but I honestly belive if hes put ino a good role he can succeed. Amy Smart puts on a tear wrenching performance, with her change of personality through the film.

The film is an emotional two hours. There are some funny moments and some scary moments, but they dont give you the impact that the emotional scenes do. There is some violence, more in the Unrated version. The Unrated ending to the movie is twenty times better then the theatrical version of the film.

A good film which is very had to forget.
