Movie Review by Zara
January 27th, 2007

I can't even muster up a "MATT DAMON!" for this

I've never been a big fan of the Farrelly brothers. I know I'm not the only girl who didn't/couldn't appreciate DUMB AND DUMBER, but I also didn't follow along with their other outings, aside from OUTSIDE PROVIDENCE.

This movie, however, takes the cake in utter pointlessness. A story about two popular brothers who happen to be conjoined ("Siamese") twins and have never had to endure many problems outside of their small town, one brother (a pained looking Kinnear) decides that he wants to become a big actor.

Thrust into a world that is unaccustomed to their situation, the brothers continue on thinking that everything is fine. They never see the people laughing at them and don't even take the time to fully process that they're attached at the side.

I don't know... the movie just isn't funny to me. Perhaps I just didn't "get" it. All I really got from it was that it was a collossal waste of my time.

You know I agree that this movie was not that funny and that the plot was weak, but you should at least give some credit to Greg Kinnear......the broadway musical at the end was a very well performed and put together scene. Half a star??? You had to have seen worse then this..........
