The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

Although not a box office hit, and not a favorite among viewers in 2003 I think The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is a good flick worth checking out. The movie starts off with an evil tyrant that is trying to take over the world with his extremely advanced weaponry including tanks and machine guns. This might not sound like much but the movie takes place in the late 1800's so back then this type of advanced weaponry was huge. England puts together The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, which consist of Alan Quatermain (Sean Connery) which is a hunting legend, Captain Nemo, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hide, Dorian Gray, Tom Sawyer, Rodney Skinner AKA the invisible man, and Mina Harker a vampire that once lived with Dracula. Together the league uses their special abilities to battle the vicious nemesis and his army.
Along with great special effects, there is some spectacular action sequences, and an interesting plot. Theater goers were disappointed because the characters where not depicted exactly as they were in the comic books but I think its still a great action movie worth watching.

Hate to break it to you, Timmy, but this was probably one of the biggest pieces of dogsh*t ever made. Suggesting that people should waste even a penny's worth of money that they stole from a rich man is ludicrous. Shame on you.
