Wasnt That Bad
I absoulutley hated the first movie. The thing that I think I liked about this sequel, was that it had some amazing looking scenes in there that kept my eyes on the screen. We get a great dirtbike race and some ok fight sequences with some average acting skills.
Natalie, Dylan, and Alex, three glamorous, tough-as-nails, investigative agents - who work for the Charles Townsend Detective Agency - are sent undercover to retrieve two missing jewelry bands. These are no ordinary wedding rings. They contain valuable information that reveals the new identities of every person in the FBI's Witness Protection Program. After five of the program's participants turn up dead, only the Angels can stop the perpetrator, using their expertise as masters of disguise, espionage and martial arts.
The acting is average. Drew Barrymore (Fever Pitch) plays as Dylan Sanders. She is an ok actress. She gets the part just good enough for me to pass her. Cameron Diaz (Gangs of New York) plays as Natalie Cook. Trust me, shes hot but her acting isnt. She is a very plain girl that I just didnt like in this flick. Sorry. Lucy Liu (Ecks Vs Sever) plays as Alex Munday. She is pretty good. Her fighting is terrific and her acting is done very well. Also in the cast is Bernie Mac, Crispin Glover and Robert Patrick.
The dirtbike scene is the best sequence in the movie. The directing and editing was done nicely. The fights were done average with the impossible stunts and some dumb scenes. There really was no violence or nudity in here. The unrated version is definately better.
Bottom Line: Underrated.
