Well, Demi looked good
Did anyone else get the point of this sequel other than its obvious desire to showcase that Demi Moore might be in her 40's but she still looks better than most women half her age?
No? I didn't think so.
The thing with this movie is that it's entertaining. It's entertaining while you're in the middle of watching it, all bright flashing colors and lots of skin shown, but aside from those two hours you're not going to walk away remembering much of it. It's pointless, it's plot is plain stupid and the actresses actually look bored in this one as compared to the first outing where they looked like they were having a blast and that helped the movie to be more enjoyable.
If you're looking for the cinematic equivalent of Chinese food, you've found it right here. Sure it's tasty with the first few bites, but a couple hours later you'll have forgotten what you ate and be hungry again.

To be honest with you I loved this film compared to the first film and Demi Moore kind of showed me why she hasn't been in a couple movies for a while. She isn't that good of an actress.
The only negative thing I have to say about this film is her, she just seemed to drag it on the floor. However the plot was not necessarily just plain stupid,at least it had some sort of originality compared to the first and it also dealt with something a lot of people understood although the rings were kind of dumb and yes it was very entertaining, and also the actresses said on the DVD that they had more fun on this film they just wanted it to be more "serious" which I don't believe it was. |
