Movie Review by B Movie Ben
March 14th, 2007

Love that Pacino

So, I go from the Jack Wyatt character in Bewitched to an equally obnoxious actor, who leaves director Viktor Taransky in a lurch. Viktor has a solution that involves a bit of magic - computer magic. Al Pacino, who plays Viktor, is probably the greatest actor alive today. Is that over the top? I don't think so. Look at the range - The Devil's Advocate, Heat, Glengarry Glen Ross, The Godfather Trilogy, Scarface, Dog Day Afternoon, and this one, S1m0ne. The man is incredible. S1m0ne is a very funny movie. Sort of "Be careful what you ask for." Pacino was brilliant. He was supported by Catherine Keener, Evan Rachel Wood, and, of course, one of the world's top fashion models, Rachel Roberts. All-in-all, a very satisfying movie and another bravo performance for Pacino.
