Movie Review by Chris
August 24th, 2007

One of The Better Bond Films

I saw Casino Royale before I saw this one. Ever since I saw Casino Royale I have been wondering if Die Another Day would match up to the insane action segments and great script of Casino Royale. Die Another Day has a lot of action scenes, some bad Visual Effects and great acting then none other then Pierce Brosnan.

When James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) goes to an exchange with a Korean empire, things go wrong. They find out who he is and chase him down. He gets tortured, beat and forgotten about. But when M gets him back in exchange for a very dangerous criminal, he escapes and goes to find out that the man he thought he killed, was still alive.

Pierce Brosnan is the best James Bond since Sean Connery. Not better then the newer Daniel Craig, but evens up. I love his facial expressions and the tones of his voice. Halle Berry plays as Jinx. The secret and wonderful girl that James meets, turns out that shes NSA. Who Knew?

The action here is done pretty well, along with some great explosion scenes and some great shootouts. The Visual Effects are very weak in some parts of the movie, but theres not much of them to fail the movie for.

Bottom Line, this is a good movie that keeps us entertained.
