Damn Good
Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of The Rings is the first part in the epic 3 part movie franchise. Peter Jackson takes Tolkiens novels and puts them on the big screen. The movie is big, expensive and includes a great script, visual effects and acting.
The acting in this film is really amazing. Elijah Wood puts on an Oscar winning performance in all three of the movies. It seems as though Elijah really put all of his heart and soul into his character. He goes from being frightened to laughing and then having to fight. Orlando Bloom plays as the fighter Legolas. Legolas bears a bow and arrow. His fighting style is amazing and his accuracy is dead on. Orlando Bloom does a great job in the movie and really puts on a convincing performance. Also playing in the movie is Sean Bean, Sean Astin and Sala Baker.
The action in the movie is shot with perfection. There are not tons and tons of action scenes, but the fighting scenes were insanely good. Visual effects, plus big action plaus Peter Jackson gets, LOTR.
Peter Jackson seemed to really try hard to take words from the page and put them on the silver screen. King Kong was seriously a great film, but Peter has done indie horror movies like Dead Alive and Bad Taste.
Bottom Line: Amazing, But Is Not My Type Of Film.
