Movie Review by Chris
January 13th, 2008

Funny And Action Packed

The first Rush Hour is a huge success in my book, being that it was funny, full of really cool action scenes and just an all around good time every time you watched the film. I actually saw Rush Hour 3 before this, which was pretty good, so I decided I should finish off the series by checking the second one out to. Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan return to keep me laughing like they did in the first movie, and keep me amazed at all the great fight scenes. Brett Ratner returns as director and actually does a better job with all the fights then he has before.

Jackie Chan is starting to get older, so that means his career may be ending pretty soon. In Rush Hour 2, his fight scenes are bigger and better then ever, plus, hes still got the groove like he did in the first one. Also, hes funnier in this then before. Chris Tucker is absoulutely hilarious to, and a pretty good fighter. Hs lines and snappy comebacks are filled with perfection, making me crack up through the whole movie. Even when somethings not that funny, but his face cracks me up to.

In Brett Ratners directing, were granted with plenty of really cool single shot fight moments. Some of them were really complicated and probably done with extreme care and protction for the actors. The script in here is funnier then before to, mainly because of the help of Chris Tucker.

Bottom Line: Funny

I really enjoyed the first Rush Hour I lost interest with this one so badly that I really can not motivate myself to watch part 3.

The only reason I was really interested in seeing this one was because I saw 1 and 3, 3 is ok. I mean, to me, its worth a free rental coupon.
