The Majestic

I have always been a fan of the Jim Carrey no matter what he has done. We all know he is crazy and funny and that is the main type of roles he has taken on. But, why does he have to be shot down when he takes on a role like this? I think he is an incredible character actor. Most people that I have come across in my life that does not enjoy the humerous side of this actor don't have much of a sense of humor themselves.
Just enjoy the story in this movie. Take yourself back to post WWII and remember what it felt like to deal with all the families that lost someone in the war. I absolutely loved this movie and I do own it on DVD.
