Movie Review by Zara
May 8th, 2007

If only we could have ousted Paris this way

Spoiled brat teenagers at a posh private school hide away in a chamber and end up trapped in it, eventually all but one succumbing to death in one form or another.

The main character is British but played by an American actress (Birch). The script is obviously written by an American with a VERY loose grasp on what British teenagers talk like. (Ooooo... he threw in a "knob" and a "pissed" a couple of times. Woooo!)

I watched this movie as a potential review for my other column and only because it was one of the first movies that Keira Knightley was in and for some reason I couldn't remember that she'd been in it. And for good reason. I think everyone involved wants to forget that they were in any way responsible for this mess.

It potentially was interesting and never delivered. Adding injury to insult, every time that it would start to drag they would throw in a glimpse of nudity or a sexually suggestive scene in order to try and lure you back into bed with them. Much like a wife offering a sacrificial bj in order to get her hubby to clean out the garage. Annoying, obnoxious and unnecessary. Any smart person knows that if you were just blowing us the whole time we would have done anything you wanted whenever you asked.

Blah. I'm reviewed it and I reviewed it poorly and I'll most likely take sh*t for posting a bad review on a column that has somehow become synonymous with glowing praise for "must-see" hard to find or lesser known flicks.

Because I want to disappoint people as much as I was disappointed. Although I highly doubt I'll achieve anywhere close to the desired effect.

Although I liked it a touch more than you, the film was wank and Brich deserved a punch in then t*ts for her hideous attempt at an English accent.

Yeah, it was wretched. But she still has one of the most enviable racks out there. I'd say she rivals Scarlett for best rack.

Yeh right I have to agee she does have an impressive set of knocker's....maybe if she'd jiggled em a lil more the film might have been slightly more interesting.
